Welcome to Bharatam. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bharatam mobile application ("App") and website ("Website"), collectively referred to as the "Services." By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the App, or accessing the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (reviews, photos, etc.). By submitting content to the Services, you grant Bharatam a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating and improving the Services.

6.2 Content Standards

All user-generated content must:

• Be accurate and honest (for reviews and ratings).
• Not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Not contain hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence.
• Not contain personal information of others without their consent.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

The Bharatam name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Bharatam. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control or endorse any third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:
